I specialize in treating adults struggling to fall and stay asleep (insomnia) using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). The American College of Physicians (ACP) and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) both recommend CBT-I as the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia in adults. I know first-hand how debilitating insomnia can be.
